I started seeing Nicola Dexter after every other form of therapy had completely failed me. I had even tried EMDR which is widely known to be very effective, but for me, it did nothing at all. I felt stuck, drained and as though nothing would ever change.

The best news is that our granddaughter has just turned one and we celebrated with my son and daughter-in-law in Scotland.
