  • There is an initial consultation with Nicola lasting one hour for bounceback coaching packages, so that you have the time to fully decide which package would be the most suitable.
  • Sessions booked for the coaching packages are for one hour only and Nicola will leave a gap between your session and those of other clients. However, good timekeeping is essential for the integrity of the coaching relationship.
  • If you are running late, email on nicolajanedexter@gmail.com and also text/call/whatsapp on +44 7711 462923
  • If you don’t show up for your coaching session or cancel on the day, then you will miss out on that session. Unless there is a genuine emergency.
  • If you cancel, then it needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance and needs to be for a good reason.
  • If Nicola has to cancel, then she will rebook the session plus extra time to make up.
  • The initial consultation with Nicola Dexter is for 30 minutes and is normally done over zoom or the phone. Although if you are local to Nicola in Derby, it can be done at the Derby address.
  • Sessions booked can be for an hour, 90 minutes or 2 hours, but are normally for an hour. Nicola always leaves a gap between client sessions however; good timekeeping is essential for the integrity of the coaching relationship.
  • If for some reason you/the client are late, then you will have a shorter session as the therapy centre does not make allowances to run over time.
  • Nicola does not book sessions back-to-back and at the therapy centre in Camden she leaves an hour between clients.
  • If you arrive early at the therapy centre, there is a waiting area and there is a toilet available.

  • If you don’t turn up for your session or cancel on the day, then a 50% cancellation fee is chargeable or your coaching sessions are reduced by the equivalent. Unless there is a genuine emergency.
  • The therapy centre expects 24 hours notice of cancellation.
  • For sessions in Camden, the rules are slightly different as Nicola works from a therapy centre. The sessions are always booked on the hour and the therapy centre has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
