Radiant health and energy doesn’t happen by accident. You need to decide that is what you desire, find out what others are doing that works and then take aligned action.

Although I was a bit late getting started, I now go to the gym three times per week, do ten minutes exercise in my home almost every day, take many different supplements and am drinking much more water than I ever used to. And according to a health test, my biological age is 14 years younger than my actual age.

The areas that need to be addressed are:-

Emotions connected – especially abandonment and feeling unsafe
Freeing your body from past trauma/memories

My belief is that because we were born on a planet full of billions of people, we do not have to reinvent the wheel, we can learn from others, we can be supported by others as well as learning to trust our intuition and getting support from the Universe.
