Obviously, there are many different levels of severity regarding this kind of challenge – from having been defrauded but being recompensed to having had virtually everything stolen with no chance of recovery. The first aspect is to heal from the blame, shame and guilt to get to a place of forgiveness of self. The second aspect is to look deeper and heal from whatever was going on in the background spiritually, emotionally and mentally that made you vulnerable to it happening. And thirdly, to then create what you want for the future, starting from wherever you are now financially. With regards to identity theft, this sometimes needs to be healed in the same way as being stalked, burgled and repairing the trust in other humans. I have had many clients who have been defrauded – sometimes through investment schemes but many through fake spiritual healers who have frightened them into either paying a lot of money or tricked them financially. Sometimes, clients have reported that they were told to put a certain amount of money into an envelope and to not look inside the envelope for a period of time. When they finally did, they found that it just contained paper the same size as the notes they had put in. And one client, after selling their house, had been encouraged to put tens of thousands of pounds in a huge vase – only to find there was only paper when they looked many months later.
